This is an ideal role for those wanting a little extra income or side hustle and helping the community out at the same time.  You will be working regularly with 2 - 5 clients, in their homes, from 30min to 3hrs per visit, providing personal care, domestic assistance and in-home respite, completing duties such as: 

• Assistance with showering

• Assistance with Personal Care needs

• In-Home Respite

• Vacuuming/Mopping, 

• Light cleaning

• Clothes and linen, washing and ironing.

• Unaccompanied shopping & bill paying

• Meal preparation (not complete food service)

Clients like routine and get comfort out of seeing the same people at the same time, so you will be assigned specific clients, and providing the services at the same time either on a weekly or fortnightly rotation. Reliability is KEY. 

Clients prefer their services between the hours of 8:30am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday, so the successful applicant must be available to pick up shifts during those hours. For flexibility, you must be available at least two to three days a week.

• Reporting all incidents and changes in resident behavior's in a timely manner to RNs

• Complete all activities related to Residents Care documentation Plans and ensure high compliance with relevant documentation processes

• Participate in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of services
